sorry i didn't get to post yesterday, so here are two dinos. the green one is a therizinosaurus, a bizarre theropod from the late cretaceous. most theropods, like t-rex or deinonychus, were carnivores, but the therizinosaurs were gigantic herbivores. they're sort of like a big goose and a giraffe had a baby. they also had some pretty sick looking claws on their front limbs. the blue one is a pachycephalosaurus, another late cretaceous dinosaur, who had a thick dome of bone on top of his head. we're not sure if they butted heads like rams, or used them as self defence, or just for display.
